General
All prices include VAT tax applicable at the time, which is currently 25%. Shipping costs will be added to the prices, unless otherwise stated. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase online at lahaircolor.com. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is required, as stipulated in the Swedish Parental Code. By placing an order at lahaircolor.com you approve of the current terms and conditions stated below and you certify that all information you have submitted about yourself is correct.

Change of terms
We reserve the right to, at any time, make changes to our Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted online at our website. The amended Terms and Conditions are deemed approved in connection with you placing an order or visiting our website.
Damage
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please notify your pickup point immediately when you retrieve the package. They have special forms for reporting damage.
Defects
Notice of defects must be made via our contact form. Notice of a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been detected, but not later than 1 year from the time of purchase. Note that you must save the defective product and its packaging until the case has been resolved. If the product is not in stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you before any further action is taken. We typically process notices of a defect within 3-14 working days. For approved cancellation of a purchase due to a defect, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 3-10 working days depending on the chosen shipping option. Orders placed on weekends are sent no later than the following Monday. Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact our customer service.
Disputes
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved via contact with our customer service, you, as customer, are entitled to contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints. Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints can be reached by calling +46 (0)8-508 860 00.
Limitation of liability
We assume no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product. We accept no liability for delays/errors arising out of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Examples of such circumstances include work conflicts, fire, war, authoritative decisions, delivery restrictions or non-delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by a supplier or due to other factors beyond our control.
Payment
We accept invoice, partial payment, Paypal and credit and debit cards as well as Klarna and Swish payment.
Returns, exchanges and notice of defects
According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers always have 30 days to cancel a purchase. Please contact our customer service if, during that time, you want to return the product for a refund, or exchange it for something else.
Whenever you return a product, you will be responsible for any damages to it. This is why it’s very important that you return it in the undamaged original packaging. Any product information or manuals must also be included. Please use the original package/box/envelope to return the product. Protect the product well for return shipment. We recommend that you use the same package/box/envelope that was used to send the item to you.
Refunds on received, approved returns will be made within 30 days.
According to Swedish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to three years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.
Return of products which have been opened (for example opened color tube) is not accepted.
We reserve the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service at: info@lahaircolor.com. Please note that we are not responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will make an assessment once we have received the item you have returned to us. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. After we receive the returned item, we will process the case within 30 days.
Mark the return clearly with LA Hair and be sure to add a note that includes your order number and name. Then, send the package to:
